It's really intimidating at first.  Fret not.  There are books in the library 
that will help give you an idea of format and how to estimate these things.  
Thing is, you see, if you don't have a clear idea of where you're going, you 
won't have a clear idea of how to get there, so a business plan is a very 
good idea just for your own benefit, never mind for the benefit of partners 
and such like.
