I live in the northeast where the winters get pretty cold.  I already
have my boat's engine and water systems winterized, and most of the
equipment, perishables, etc have been removed indoors for the winter. 
My question is about fire extinguishers.  Does anyone know if leaving
them outdoors for the winter will have an adverse effect on the
chemicals inside?
