Then you may have a command or a area set to a higher privilage level than
the account you are logged in on has.  If (in menus.ctl) the privilage for
the R)eply command on the M)essage (or possibly Q) download menu) is set to
Hidden, or higher than your current privilage level, then that's why you
won't see it.  Also, if privilage level shouldn't be a problem, then we may
have a bug in the privilage code on Max running under Linux / Unix.  I
don't think I've tested this to make sure the bit masks used in this area
are working properly yet.....
