Look at ManageWise, which can detect and map a network as intricate as
the Internet (watch out - many have accidentally started to do just
that!). ManageWise supports both TCP/IP and IPX.

The nice thing is, if you first disconnect from the Internet,
ManageWise can build a map of your net for you. Then you only need to
maintain changes (after you discover your net, it's okay to reconnect
to the Internet).
