 RS is not alone in that respect. MonkeyWard and Sears have/had a policy
 of not hiring anyone in sales if they so much as knew Ohms Law.  Didn't
 want employees able to conduct an intelligent conversaton with customers
 and perhaps point out design flaws in radios/TVs/phonographs/etc.
 I suspose Pennys, MayCo, Bullocks and all the other retailers have a
 similar policy.
