Okay, thanks for replying, and I'll keep that in mind. :)
It seems with Aaron I'm going to have to be very creative because he has no 
interest in learning the normal ways, like I taught my other kids.  He /will/ 
learn, but only on /his own/ terms, whatever they are.  Once in a while I 
ind
something he responds well to.   Right now the /only/ reason he is 
interested in letters and numbers is so that he can write them on the trains 
he draws... you know, each train has to have a number and a name written on 
the side to be complete. :)  Wish me luck, okay?  My other kid goes through 
workbooks like they were the most fun thing in the world, but Aaron won't 
touch them.  Oh, my daughter will be in second grade, but will be attending a 
special ed school again this year.  Only the first grader will be home with 
me.
