Here are a couple of ideas. Set yourself a schedule (say 8:30-5) where you
work and refuse to do any work after that. Or set up a timer and start it
each time you start working on something. When it reaches 8 hours, stop
working.
When you work at home, sometimes you don't feel like you are getting a break
when you stop work because you are still in the same environment. It is
important to get out for walks, sit in a lawn chair in your yard, visit
friends, etc.
