If you look above, you're trying to manually add a description AND use the
file_id.diz at the same time. I don't think that can be done.

Do you have the option in your htick configuration for:

FileDescName     file_id.diz

And the proper archivers/unarchivers setup for use with zip/unzip? Just as
well, each link (if you didn't specify a LinkDefaults) should have
"Packer ZIP"
as an option as well.

If none of the above works, I may have to take a look at your configuration to
see anything further, unless someone else comes up with any other ideas before
then.

But for all intents and purposes, I don't think you should be trying to add a
manual description AND pull from the file_id.diz in the same execution line
with that "desc" option.
