I've just hatched the source code to MSGED/SQ 2.2 into the PDOMAIN
TIC echo.  It is also available for FREQ from here.  This code has
an explicit PD notice, and David and I are both about to start
hacking it.  Thanks to John Dennis for making his code PD instead
of the previous copylefting!!!  It's about 200k.  BFN.  Paul.
