I tried this with several very cute domain names to go with their bogus
advertising slogan 'what you need - when you need it'. They did not
register any of my domain names. I also went to several sites accused of
this in the past and they did take my bait. Obviously Chesterton Holdings
was in violation of their ICANN agreement and has decided to lay low for
now. There were reports of them doing this last year.

The perfect fine for this infratction is to force Chesterton Holdings to
pay the registration fee for all the domain names that they held but did
not keep and are not currently registered.
