ok, try it. But hold on a little for improvements this readme becouse it is
in progress and wait for next version of fidoip. I would create 2
additional scripts(1 for freebsd and linux and 1 for windows) for
non-russian fido users which would disable Russian language support
automatically for all config files. After that fidoip would have 'out of
box' installation without manual config files modification.
