Well, the original Windows C development environment required a lot of
PASCAL procedure calling definitions......  So, some C, some Pascal..... 
It's been a long time since I've run a Pascal compiler in a DOS (or other)
environment.  The first BBS I brought up was written in Turbo Pascal.  In
my old Windows coding days, I was coding in C....  back when it was still
16-bit, 
non-premptive.  :(
