I'll try it PDQ.  But isn't there something else in there?  Chorus or

Roit!  I looked at the 'vibe guts, but haven't opened up the Brake yet.  
What I can see thru the holes, though, are those brass-looking finned 
power resistors like I use for tests at work.  There's more to it than 
those, though, if it's an ersatz inductive load.
  I haven't tried the brake or played amplified since Xmas.  Too much 
house tweaking going on to juice up the re-fi to get me back to Acq Land.
