Thanks...thought of the swtich box being bad, changed it out no luck.  I did 
the "System printer" trick and played with some other settings...now I am 
getting an Error 20 on the printer..out of memory...just my luck...we are 
going to try swaping the printer to an HP 4+ with 32megs of RAM...hope it 
works.
