It's a concept question. This "include " allows many settings with imported and hard nailed local settings. For example local echos that golded knows but the BBS has no clue that they exist.

Just write your own areaslocal.cfg and include it via the include keyword.

Everything is possible but keep in mind that some included keywords are overwriting an already existing one. That's why the sequence of includes is important.
