        It should work just fine, Nancy, it is meant this way. If
  anything, I find it much easier to telnet to a BBS as opposed to a
  DUN access. First of all, it is fast and also one step is missing,
  waiting for the "shhsiiss-scratchh" handshake of the two modems. But
  on top of this, the best add-on is the increase in rate, you can
  look at video and listen to music on telnet, this is a pain on DUN.
