Do you think male secretaries (a whole ONE percent of the incumbents in this
country) face all those bias problems that you say are a crisis when it
happens to women?

A good secretarial job can pay $50k a year without even requiring a degree,
so don't act as if nothing is at stake.

How does gender equality ever occur unless you root out the bias from both
directions?
