Which is a far cry from direct requests to Frank to upgrade
now instead of sending random netmail.  You will notice that
the above is a question, not a request.  You can often tell
the difference by looking for a symbol called a question
mark (?) at the end of a sentence.  They usually teach this
in Grade 1, but obviously you were too smart for primary
school so they sent you directly to university, not 
realising that that means you miss 12 years of knowledge
