I won't say it CAN'T exist, since someone may know something that I 
don't.  But since the decision to either shunt the call off to the busy 
signal or try another line has to be made by your TelCO central office 
switching equipment.  The only technically-implementable way to do this 
that I can envision would be if the TelCo could provide a *xx-type code 
which would enable/disable the hunt feature when entered from the 
primary line, but I've never seen such a service offered or advertised.
