Which fixes would those be? Right now I'm using nano v2.3.6, and invoking the
program with "/usr/local/bin/nano -E -S -c -m -t -w -$ --syntax=msg
/usr/fido/out.tmp/golded.msg"

This may also include that patch I linked you to, but I don't remember. It's
been awhile. :)

Either way, here it doesn't wrap in the middle of the word anymore, but
instead, wraps the whole word to the next line if it reaches the end of the
screen mid-word. With that said, the *only* issue I see is when the end of the
line is reached with a full word, that full word will stay on the above line
and the next line will have the space. So that may be what you're referring to.
That only happens once in awhile here, and when it does I hardly notice it
because at the very least, it wraps the words. The major annoyance was when it
was wrapping text to the next line in the middle of a word. That has since been
fixed with that patch and hopefully makes it into the next release.

As for the "--syntax=msg" switch, that's my own addition of colorization for
FTN stuff, which you've already seen. For those that don't know, it keeps
general (what I type, basically) text white, while quoted text is blue, FTN
kludges are bright blue and the tearline and origin line are magenta. I did
this for my own purpose, though.. so it's nothing that adds any additional
functionality to nano itself. :)

Regards,
Nick
