   They'll probably be OK with it.   This is because

 1.)  The receivers aren't in control of the source music selection.  This
is much like listening to music on the radio.
  2.)  The receivers can't keep a copy of the music for future use.
  3.)  The "DJ" can't broadcast to a large number of people, which would
require a performance royalty payment.
