Which is probably why men haven't gone crazy (yet) and rebelled against
the system: Most have seen an increase in their standard
of living due to technological innovation.

Ironically, it's this same technology that has helped liberated
women although it requires a great deal of oil.  Every feminist
ought to get down on their knees and thank oil barons for keeping
it flowing so they can drop off their kid at daycare and commute
out of the cities they ruined every day.
