That's my situation, and it mitigates (but doesn't entirely eliminate) the
crick-in-the-neck problem.

I was much less aware of the problem when I had a single landscape monitor;
adding the 21" LCD (which is usually set up for portrait) brought it
to the forefront. I chose the LCD at the bottom of what its stand allows,
plus a slightly higher chair.
