Well, you have more memory if you do an errorlevel exit (MAX swaps almost 
*completely* to disk I think it says in the docs) so many doors run better.
Basically I do something similar to what you do, except for "xtern_dos" I do 
"xtern_errlvl call_69 d:\bbs\doors\bre.bat" (single-node system...)
