If you know the title you might try special ordering it from a video store or 
a
"Disney" store. Also, if you get the Disney cable channel, they sometimes run
the old educational movies there.
Something else I just thought of...if your local school district has a
homeschool office you might be able to find it through them if the district
uses the films for its public school students. According to the office in our
district, we can go there and view any video that is available to teachers in
the district. The catch is, I think we have to go there and view it rather 
than
take it home :-/ Oh, well. At least they are available.
