Does anyone have a later version of this file?  It is for operating the emx
runtime library in Windows and OS/2 environments under DOS.  The version
above does not work on my system, giving random errors when operating under
OS/2 Warp, such as

  load rsx387
  process 1 get hardware fault 0 (division by zero) at 0
  Kernel fault at BF FF2E

... and either freezes, loops with the same sort of error messages, or
generates an OS/2 protection fault.  Tnx.
