Blue Wave has nothing to do with docsplace. Docs only supplies
you mail package and B/W unpacks it. Since you are loging
on with HTML you should see a big box on the left hand side
labeled DOWNLOAD QWK. Move the mouse and click on it. A page
will display with compartments and one will have something
like this:- 

DOCS.QWK 39.22K

Click on that and another page will display with the option
to download click on that and you should be prompted to "save as".

Save it to your B/W download directory.

This all assumes you are web browser logon.

If you still have trouble let me know at what point it goes wrong.
