the screen for doing that?

Surprisingly, no. We only has two days in Dec at -25 and no days in Jan
so far below -29. We need more cold weather so the ice roads can be
built. (A lot of the remote mines and small communities around here
don't have all weather roads and they rely on river ice thick enough to
hold trucks for the winter supply of heavy freight as air freight is so
expensive.)
