  Version 19 was the last official version done by original author, Paul
Meiners. Ownership changed hands a few times, but now Tom Watt owns it.
He has made it freeware for non-commercial use, and made it telnet
capable. The version though is GT 20. I have a bunch of utilities on my
BBS for GT Power, as I ran it for 13 years. You install GT 19 first,
then just copy the EXE over it, for it to work. I went to Synchronet,
because GT didn't offer things like a website interface, and the former
network is all but gone. To my knowledge, Mike Powell, and maybe Tom
Watt, are the only ones still running it.
