When a problem "suddenly" appears, the first question to ask (so I'll
ask it) is "what has changed lately?" Changes should be the primary
suspect.
FWIW, you should seriously look at upgrading the 3.11 network, since it
is not year 2000 compliant, and is supporting fewer and fewer new
products.
