L!!! It took me three months to get this joke, but it was worth the
wait!

Excuse the delay? I managed some dyer yard work this summer. I'm just
 about heeled, now.

 DC> Please elaborate....

DC> They sound a lot like the Amish.

Dukabores , et al. Simple, religious communities all of them. Huterites
are much like the Amish, but they always drive the *slickest* pick-up
trucks, grain transports... They also occupy the back row of the
theatre presenting the seediest restricted movie showing a matinee. When
they start to get 'frisky', they are encouraged to 'expose' themselves
to the 'devils work' to test their faith.

 DC> ... C:\WINDOWS>DEL *.* I feel better now!

JB> So does General Protection Fault!

DC> What can I say other than I have tagline along that line...

DC> ... Who is General Failure, and why is he reading my disks?

...And why couldn't he at least be General Dismay, or at least Corporal
Disarray?

You'll see I'm still running Multi-Mail. I'd rather use BW to this
day, but it *is* refreshing to punch a key, and have a CLI appear from
a sleep, *and* have a functioning rodent riding on sustainable OS.

Maybe I'll dual boot these new(/old) drives with a MS product, but the
only stable one I am finding is DOS. This HD has W'98 on it too, but
KEYBOARD.SYS or some-such is throwing a hissy fit. I've had enough of
that a LONG time ago. If I was more familiar with a drag and click 3-D
CAD on *NIX, I wouldn't even bother with DOS any more. Oh, and the
games and voice recognition would be missed.

Ah well. The world is still turning, so I can't complain too much. I
keep trying, but it never seems to be 'too much'.
