Hey Maurice!

BINGO!  It worked fine despite lacking a CHRS control line.  Worth noting
is the CHARSET control line which also deploys the bogus LATIN-1 alias for
ISO-8859-1.  Tsk, tsk.  Good thing that neither matters in the grand scheme
of real world standards where the proper alias for ISO-8859-1 is LATIN1.
