i did say "at the very least"... i fully suspected there were other
charges inherent aswell, but since i've only ever been a user i don't
know how much it costs a sysop or a point... i only know a bit about
bandwidth cost issues (which are immerging in the moderators mind right
now, i'm sure - this being an offtopic message and all...
