  I found it now.   I had looked in the BlueWave directory previously.
  I found it in the NEWFILES directory and downloaded it.

  One curious thing -- my normal unzip program (McAfee zip manager) did
  not unpack it correctly.  It gave me a checksum error.  I was able to
  unpack it with Aladdin, an expander designed for MAC files.  That put
  the proper files into a sub directory.   The McAfee should have unpack
  with directory info, but did not.  Curious.
