I finally set the jumpers to:
ID0,
autostartup (needs this to even spinup the mechanism)
internal scsi termination

This finally worked with LLFORMAT 0 errors etc, but then had a high device
number of 30, I made a partition seemed okay but when
I pressed reset only the error light flashed, no partition.

Just after only formatting the mechanism was hot so these I wont use maybe if
soneone has a server.
