Given your self-claimed grasp of the English language, how do you define =
the word rearrange that you are using.

For the sake of argument, describe what happens with an apple ipod and =
what aspect of that you believe is a copyright violation. How does that =
differ from your conversion from wav to mp3? How does that differ from =
the conversion that occurs when you rip from a CD?

No it was not. Which just shows how poor your grasp of the english
  language remains.

I choose to shift from wav to mp3. I then load my mp3'es into this MS
device. Does this file remain unchanged?
