subject: DOS version under XP

Hi ppl's

Running a two node version of Max 3.01 (DOS) under Windows XP (given up on
the Win32 version - it keeps telling users that there's no disk space
available to store messages).

Anyway, the problem is this - with node 1 only running, CPU usage is around
3%, when the second node's started, it goes up to 99%.

Any ideas why this might be the case ?

Even with Tame running, it takes *both* VDM's up to around 20% each (which
shouldn't happen).

cheers,

Lance
