His maths are sound, though he presents the results in a controversial
manner. I suspect he does it to provoke discussion(*), of which you will
find plenty if you look around.
Try Google Groups, and search on "hydrogen" AND "Don Lancaster".


(*) And thus a wider awareness of the issues.
