Hello All!

By using 7-zip for husky hpt and define packer to 7zip or 7ZIP have to be
version 4* by 7z and not the beta v915 7za why this make hpt and fidoconfig
to work for packing mail.
7za giver errorlevel==-512 and errorlevel==-1 in some consivents where
7z/7z.exe works fine.

setting packer in links deal to 7zip or 7ZIP or 7z, 7Z giver errorlevel==-1
by 7z.exe and errorlevel==-2 for 7za packing for windows hpt and 7zip
versions.
