Howdy! Terry,

-snip-

In the "The Anatomy Of the Commodore 64" book by Abacus Software,
I found this information, Hope it helps.

I.C. GND Pin
6510 CPU 21
6581 SID 14
6567 VIC 20

The book says Pin 1 of the 6526 CIA is mass, that may be the GND Pin
since all other pins of that I.C. are signal lines.

The Expansion Port has GND at Pins 1, 22, A and Z .

The User Port has GND at Pins 1,12, A and N .

I couldn't find the schematic of the C=64 in the back of my copy of
the Commodore 64 Programmers Manual or I would had used that instead
of the Anatomy book.

Jameco in the past has had parts for the C=64, look them up - jameco.com
