If, within a macro, the value of a parameter is declared, is that changing
a line of code or changing a parameter? Macros (and other "snippets" of
code for 'most any compiler) often begin with declarations of the values of
parameters, so that one doesn't have to modify the general code that follows.
I don't mean to be argumentive.
