I re-read your message and realized you didn't get a chance to
trip the metal detector as you got centered out for special
treatment.
Written complaints to whoever runs the airport, the f.a.a. the
security contractor and whoever licensed them are probably in
order.
I personally find airport staff that barely speak English a pain
but think your search was not related to a language issue, just
incompetent security staff.
... ARRRRRGGGHHH!!!! ... Tension breaker, had to be done.
