I'd be glad to help but first you left out some critical information in
order to get a proper answer.
What kind of copying are you doing? Many copies of few originals or 1-2
copies of many originals?
If many of one, you are probably still better off taking the large jobs
to Office Depot, etc. At only 3-4 cents per copy, it is still cheaper
to farm it out. Add up the cost of each "tick" on the copier plus paper
costs, toner, etc. and add in the wear and tear on the copier.
For few of many, you own is probably the better choice.
