But now think a minute about what the costume accomplished... 
 
It DEFINATLEY focused attention on a relatively weak character that 
had little discernable dialouge for the audience to relate to and 
very little common ground for the audience to share...Yet it did so 
WITHOUT characterising her as a sex object...I think it was a very 
constructive and ingenious device...
