        If I want to save the whole message, I do an Alt-W and I am
   presented with a:  file to save in BWAVE. If I only want part of
   the message, I edit by cutting out the undesired lines and then do
   an ALt-W, same routine. If I want to quote it right there and then,
   I do a (F)ile and then a (R)ead and it  comes up into my text.
   Simple and easy after I learned it.
