I noticed your other message later about that.  I believe that Max was
hardcoded to upper case in the code.  The menus.ctl file still has the menu
name (used for the file name) in UPPER CASE.  So, I suspect something Wes
did to clear other problems resulted in that UPPER CASE file name becoming
lower case in at least one spot.....

Ok, now we know where that one is burried....  How long before we hit a
question about this one again.
