I don't like any music player which changes my tunes to suit it. I took
back a purple sony thing which did that.

I did not give it permission to alter my tracks. Where the tracks were
owned by another (e.g. MP3'es d/led from the bbc) I am not aware of the bbc
giving their permission etc.

It's definitely outside of fair use but you know that which is why you're
raising these fatuous points to try & cover your corp sponsored
hypocrisy.
