Easier access to RAM, which can be used for the buffer instead of system or
upper memory. With the availability of RAM these days, there's no reason to
restrict that to 128k. Any tosser that's run in a 32-bit environment should
be able to use any memory that's available to it, and the memory available
to it should be the only limit.
