     Well League Coordinators, like myself, and others sometimes have
     to deal with cheaters or just the issue of it.  Besides cheating
     there are issues that can help a syosp do his job better if
     JD develops it.  I still think that's more critical for BRE's
     survival than a port or bug fixes.
