One son in law learned this the hard way........and my daughter will
never bear a child of her own.  They have adopted three so far and will
shortly adopt a fourth.  One was a day old baby when it came to them.

Er, ah, we have kids who commit all sorts of crimes and get into all
kinds of trouble when they drink beer.  We used to provide treatment for
drug addicts and alcoholics until Reagan's first term in office.  Then
the federal money that used to do that has instead gone to prisons.  So
we have more cops, more courts, more crime and more criminals.
That's progress, American style.
Those who learned their lessons well from the East India Company have
been using drugs in this nation against cultural sub groups for some
time.  Anyone who plays into their game is stupid.
